Train With Paine

This is a fun, beginner to intermediate level, Ladies’ class designed for Toning and Adipose Composition (fat loss). Anyone at any fitness level may join the group. We especially want those who really dislike or even hate to exercise. For one hour the class alternates between cardiovascular and strengthening/toning exercises.

Classes meet every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 9:15 AM and last for one hour. Class fees are $7.50 per person per class. Come 6 or more times and the cost is only$40.00 for the month.  What a deal!.
