6 Pack- Let Jonathan Carroll help you focus on your core strength and stability. This class is total core work with exercises, drills and balance drills to train your inner core. Don’t be afraid to sweat
Butts & Guts- This class is a total body workout, get an amazing workout for your butt, arms and abs with this high-energy, action-packed class! Learn the best moves to tone and tighten all the right places. Don’t be afraid to break a sweat and you’ll see improvements in just days! Taught by Angela Cox.
Cardio Sculpt- Join Angela Cox for an hour of body pumping, weight lifting, fat burning and sweat inducing fun as you lift weights and kill those calories to great music. Cardio Sculpt combines a perfect learning environment for beginners as well as a challenging workout for other fitness levels.
Core & More- There is nothing better than to start your morning out with a great workout. Join Dave Brannon bright and early for an hour of grueling core training, lead by an Iron Man and Marathon trainer.
Cross Training- Cross Training class is geared toward the serious gym rat. Mixing strength training and conditioning, cross training will help you make sure your workout is as efficient as possible. This will help you attain a more, well rounded approach to meet your fitness goals and help keep your body evolving to new stimulus. Help yourself break out of the monotony and step out of that comfort zone! Taught by Jerry Overby.
Kettle Bells- Kick all your fitness goals into high gear! Functional, compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure. With a focus on integrating breathing, movement and alignment with your ability to control balance and weight. Kettle Bells will be taught by Angela Cox.
Kid’s Fit- Our kids fit class is designed to teach children basic movement and sports skills in a fun, creative, and safe environment. This class is designed for ages 6-12.
Pilates- A body-conditioning technique designed to stretch strengthen and balance the body. Pilates targets the deep postural muscles within the body through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing. It’s excellent for improving posture, strength and flexibility and proper alignment. Pilates will be taught by Sheila Dunckel.
Spin 1 & 2- A spinning® class is more than just a workout; it provides detailed information on bike set-up, pace, cadence and tension, and other key concepts to help participants get the best from a Spin® class. Get ready to feel the BURN!! Spin 1 is taught by Leah Wright, Spin 2 is taught by Angela Cox.
Tai Chi- It was originally created as a martial art and the movements of Tai Chi contain martial applications. It utilizes the ancient philosophy of Yin-Yang and the Five Element theories for its foundation and to establish its training principles. The experience of hundreds of years has shown that practicing Tai Chi can improve ones health, reduce tension, and cure a number of diseases such as high blood pressure, arthritis, asthma, stomach ailments, heart problems and nervousness. Taught by Jonathan Carroll.
Train with Paine- Join Lee Paine for an exercise class that caters to both the beginner and intermediate level. We in corporate a multitude of exercises that allow anyone with any fitness level to participate
Yoga- This beginner friendly yoga class that introduces the fundamental poses with an emphasis on proper alignment, and breathing techniques. Students will also receive a brief introduction of yoga philosophy and terminology in this class to further their understanding of this ancient practice.
Zumba- Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumbaprogram is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. Try this great class taught by Carol Attridge.
