Renovated in 2009, our full-service Marina offers covered slips for vessels of any size from jet skis and house boats to large cruisers.

With cement walkways on shoreline to every dock, a 20 foot extension to the boat ramp and a 60-foot extendable gas dock ramp, the marina is accessible year-round.

• Complimentary water and electrical on docks A, B, C, and D.
• Complimentary over night battery charges, pre-gas fill up, fresh water fill up, and boat covering.
• Free pump out station.
• Ship store, gas, and slip fees are 15 % below market.
• Ship Store carries sun screen, CCC logo items, water tubes, tow ropes, life jackets, water hoses, lake maps, dock lines, cold beverages, and a variety of snacks all below market prices! The ship store can order dock boxes for your personal boating items for only $425, sold elsewhere for $630!
• Scheduled boat maintenance including boat cleaning, winterizing/de-winterizing, oil changes, tune-ups, etc.
• Food-to-Go service.  Just call the receptionist 1 hour in advance to place your order, call again once you have arrived and we will deliver your order to the Courtesy Dock.
• Man-made beach located next to the island to use at your convenience!
