Seatings on the half-hour until 9:00 pm    Live Entertainment: The Blast Band    Complimentary roses\, chocolates and champagne will be provided for those special loved ones.    Reservations Required / 72 hour cancellation policy    *Please note there will be a Limited Ala Carte Menu in the Grille and the Harbor Room will be closed this evening.        Valentine’s Dinner Dance Menu  Saturday\, February 11th   Appetizer  Herb & Butter Sautéed Shrooms served in a pastry with Boursin Cheese Custard  Salad  Mache\, Belgium Endive and Watercress Salad  Micro Mache\, Watercress and Belgium Endive tossed in Champagne Vinaigrette with Feta Cheese\, Red and Yellow Peppers and Bermuda Onions.  Duo Entrée  Filet & Jumbo Stuffed Shrimp  Jumbo Shrimp with Maryland Crab Stuffing served with Remoulade Sauce  Petit Filet with Sauce Bordelaise  Served with Truffle infused Risotto and Fava Bean Puree  Dessert  White Coffee Liquor and Chocolate Mousse served in a heart shaped shell accompanied by Chocolate Truffles.
