Just like the name suggests, the Athletic Center will have a six-month program geared for weight loss. It will begin the first week of January 2009 with a weigh-in and end with a party for participants on Saturday June 27th. Along the way we will offer exercise classes, clinics, and motivation.
This is not a weekly class, but a six-month lifestyle change.
The member losing the most weight wins. It’s as simple as that.
And remember, just for being a CCC member, we offer complimentary exercise and fitness programs like the Camino de Santiago. This is an excellent program to compliment CCC’s Biggest Loser.
Every Monday you may contact the Athletic Center with your weight Loss.
This is also an included program in the CCC Athletic Member of the Year.

When you sign up and weigh-in you will receive your participant’s t-shirt. There will be no cost to members for the program and T-shirt. However, some classes, clinics, personal training, etc. are optional and may be charged accordingly.
